Recipe Management Software (RMS)

Using RMS; all utilized recipes are edited; each batch of fabrics are related with recipes, dye programs and machines to get ready job tickets on Microsoft WindowsTM platforms. Chemicals and dyes stocks are kept on PC environment and also recipes costs are calculated automatically by software.

Stok Identification Form:

The following items are entered to PC to identify chemicals and dyes used in dye kitchen

· Stock code

· Stock name

· Unit (cc, g/l, %)

· Stock Critical Amount

· Price

etc.

· Rrecipes are prepared according to customers’ orders by selection of dyes and chemicals from the available stock list and entering unit quantities of them

· Recipes can be copied one on another if desired.

· It is possible to use old recipes as sub recipes to prepare a new recipe.

· Fabric weight, float ratio, quality and shade are entered and dye programs and recipes are selected from list for every batch in the job ticket form.

· When job tickets are programmed, chemicals’ and dyes’ quantities are automatically extracted from existing stocks.

· Job ticket costs of chemicals and dyes are calculated automatically.
