Siskon Dyehouse Management Software (DMS)

This program is designed to follow up processes in a dye-house and to develop recipes. Monitrol MII controllers are linked to the Siskon Dyehouse Management software via siskon fieldbus to get necessary data about processing of machines and to download data such as dye programs, process functions, system values to Monitrol MII controller.

Real Time Status form shows all the information about processes sourced from each Monitrol MII controller that the person in charge can easily follow up the processes in dyehouse. These information are;

· Batch Number

· Dye Program Name

· Beginning of the dye program & step time

· Step Number

· Function name

All process parameters such as temperature, side tank level, machine level, etc..

Dye Program Editor

By using this form;

· New dye programs can be developed,

· The existing dye programs can be changed,

· All programs can be printed out,

       · Dye programs can be downloaded to the Monitrol MII controller.
